Suprise 90th BD party for Grandma Helen in Utah!

My parents and I flew to SLC, Utah last week to surprise my grandmother for her 90th birthday coming up. She had no idea what we were planning. It was so wonderful to see my family and all her friends. We had to plan it early before my dad leaves for Uganda. Tears came to her eyes when she saw us.

My grandmother has been my inspiration and role model. I admire her so much for all she has been through these 90 years. She is a tough little lady and I hear I have quite a few of her qualities! She is always telling me stories and I love to ask questions about her parents. I wish I could have met them.

Thanks to all my family who were there and helped plan this party. I know that she will never forget it. I love you all and hope to be able to someday plan a 100th party!
