Chronicles of Narnia Movie

I went to see Chronicles of Narnia this week with my family and a friend and I knew it would be a great movie. I knew it had to be a good movie if the books were so good. My mom read the series to us when we were young and I can still remember them to this day. It was definatley a good movie and something everyone should see.

I know that when I have kids I will read them the books too! I hope you all have a chance to go see it and you might even need a tissue. Aslan is my hero and I think Mr. Tumnus was pretty cute. Mr. Tumnus is a faun who was pretty furry and looked cold in the movie.

Anyway, if you have a chance to see the movie let me know what you think!

Later ~ fan of the best movie this year!

Lindy Land Christmas Party

Every other month we have a small group social for everyone in the church. We had a good show on Sunday night and lots of fun playing video games, playing pool, singing karoke and dancing! I was suprised out how many people came this time compared to the last one we had in October. I look forward to the next time at Lindy Land.

It is fun to get to know people outside of the church and see their true personalities come out. We had lots of food and good fellowship. My dad even sang karoke if you can believe that? I got him out on the dance floor too. I am trying to teach him to dance and he is getting more comfortable out on the dance floor. I want him to be a pro by the time I get married!

Golda & I sang karoke too! We were supposed to stick to Christmas songs but we wanted to sing, "I love Rock N' Roll". I got the crowd out on the dance floor. I have always loved to dance (yes, even line dancing). Well, enjoy the pictures of a wonderful night and I'll talk to you all later!

The three stooges!

A little Jewish Dancing!

You would think we were doing a Pharoah dance but we actually learned three different Jewish dances and it was crazy. There were so many of us on the dance floor. It was great exercise!

Sophie's stepping out!

It took awhile to get her out on the dance floor but she likes to dance too. I think she is more of a ballerina girl than a bootie shaker.

These girls know how to boogie!

I'm not sure what they're laughing at but it must be funny.

My sweet girl! I love you Mattie.

It's been a long night and getting late. I think it's time to head home and get the little munchkin to bed. I found her blanket and she let me hold her and snuggle with her for a few minutes and than wanted down.
